As a valued member of the Zacharoff & Associates team Heather has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services profession.  She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice. Her duties include all aspects of underwriting case management from reviewing, processing and managing new business. She serves as the primary liaison between our clients and the 50+ independent insurance companies we maintain policies with. She believes communication, excellent service and extensive knowledge are key factors in advocating for our clients.
