Alec Randolph is an Investment Specialist with Kestra Investment Management, where he provides support and services for Kestra’s investment strategies to financial advisors across the Kestra Holdings network. His responsibilities include portfolio construction, transition analysis, and ongoing education for advisors as they implement Kestra IM’s suite of investment solutions.
Before joining Kestra Investment Management, Alec spent three years with J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Investment Analyst, where he constructed portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients to help them achieve their near- and long-term goals. He brings deep experience in asset allocation, risk mitigation, and portfolio analysis, and has recommended strategies across public equity, fixed income, private equity, private credit, and real assets. Alec holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
